I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredible - they went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay. From helping me find local restaurants to explaining how to work the air conditioning, they were friendly and genuine. The hotel was also extremely clean and new, with no hint of cigarette smell in my non-smoking room. I was impressed with the hotel facilities and the staff's commitment to making their guests feel at home.
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

The hotel room was clean and had no trace of cigarette smell, which is a rarity in Japanese hotels. the price was cheap, but it was known beforehand that it didn't include breakfast. the best aspect of this hotel was its location, which offered a convenient base to explore the area.
The staff at reception couldn't speak English which made it difficult to communicate. This was a major downside during my romantic escape.

I was quite pleased with the fact that my non-smoking room didn't smell of cigarettes like some other aged Japanese hotels. Although breakfast was not available, the price was reasonable and I was aware of this beforehand. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide information about nearby restaurants and the local area. the air conditioning was efficient and easy to use.
There was some noise disturbance from other guests on my floor during the late hours.

The hotel is on a pretty convenient location, close to many restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and did not smell like cigarettes, a big plus for me. The price was quite affordable too!
The staff's English skills were poor and communication was difficult. With no breakfast included, I was hoping for some assistance with finding nearby options, but the language barrier made that impossible.
